Shipping Policy

Turnaround

Simply add the products that you are interested in to the cart and enter your shipping address as if you were going through the online checkout process.
You are also welcome to contact us with your complete ship to address (including country and postal code) and a general idea of what you are wanting to have sent your way.

All orders are shipped within 48 hours (pending stock availability) Monday – Friday 8am – 6pm.

Couriers Please

Order Tracking: All orders with a valid email address will automatically receive shipment notification emails that contain tracking information for the order. This is your confirmation that your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates

If you spend more than $5,000 USD you will get free shipping. If you spend under $5,000 USD shipping will be **$200 USD and above – regardless of how much the Weight of the Product.

** Dangerous goods charges may apply for certain items.

If you require Insurance on your parcel – please contact us as this will need to be arranged separately.

Back Orders 

If an item goes on back order we will give you the option of shipping you the portion of your order that is in stock, or, when the remaining item/s are available, we will ship you the rest of your order.

You will not be charged any additional shipping and handling for the second shipment.

We will also keep you updated with the progress of your order accordingly.
